Burials and Cremations

To officiate at a funeral is a great honour. Every Service must be the best it can be and must be tailored to meet the uniqueness of the deceased and the needs of the grieving family and friends. It is so important to get it right, there is no second chance.

Working closely and sensitively with loved ones I will craft a personalised service which will ensure a good send off and celebrate the life of the deceased.

Every client receives the gift of  a special copy of the service after the funeral.

A dove was released after this funeral.
It was lovely for the family of the deceased. As the dove flew off, everyone smiled and then hugged each other. A really nice way to say farewell to a loved one.

Funeral Testimonies

Hello Brenda

Thank you so much for the wonderful service yesterday, I really felt you got the character of him, he would have liked you.

I thought the whole thing would be a bit harrowing but it was actually the opposite, I felt it was a celebration of his life.

It has only occurred to me today that I should have invited you along to the Rose and Crown, I'm sorry that I didn't ask.

You have chosen a difficult career path but it is obviously something close to your heart, you have chosen well.

Many thanks for the transcript of the Eulogy, this is now in the safekeeping of xxxx.

And finally, what about that weather! It was perfect weather on the day he died, fairly grotty since and then look what happened.

I'm starting to believe in the afterlife.

Very best wishes

Hi Brenda.

Me and the family would like to thank you for the lovely ceremony yesterday for our dear mum. The whole service was spoken with such care and sincerity at a very sad time. All the people that attended commented on how lovely the service was and that credit must go to you. Thank you for copy’s of ceremony you gave to myself and brother and sister

Wishing you well

Many thanks

xxxx and family. X

Memorials

Constraints on Crematorium time slots and on the number of people who were allowed to attend a funeral  during Covid restrictions can make us feel that not enough has been said or heard in tribute to the deceased. A service of memorial can be an uplifting and moving procedure.

Memorial Services do not have to take place in a chapel. They can happen in any place suited to a social gathering. This can be a hotel function suite, a private home, a garden, a school hall, a community centre and so on.

I will work closely with you to create a meaningful celebration of life for your loved one.
